Agreement
Scope, fees, and schedule are set out in a written agreement before work begins. Individuals may also book single sessions or packages.
Delivery
Work is delivered as agreed, with check-ins at the milestones we set together.
Every engagement, including Ledger & Lounge work, is contracted and invoiced by PBLA Enterprises LLC.

Plain-language terms that apply to every engagement.
Refund and dispute policy
Consulting fees are earned as services are delivered. Prepaid sessions or packages that have not been used may be refunded when cancelled in writing.
If you believe a charge was made in error, email admin@pblaenterprises.com within 30 days of the charge. We acknowledge every request within five business days and work to resolve it directly with you.
Cancellation policy
Scheduled sessions can be moved or cancelled without charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Sessions cancelled inside that window, or missed, may be charged in full.
Ongoing engagements can be ended by either party with 14 days' written notice. Fees for work completed to that date remain payable.
Privacy notice
We collect only what you share with us through this form, by email, or by phone, and we use it to respond to your inquiry and deliver services. Form submissions are received through our website host. We do not sell personal information.

Terms of service
Services are provided by PBLA Enterprises LLC under a written agreement or a session booking. Our work is consulting, development, and management support. It is non-clinical and is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, financial, medical, or mental health advice, and it is not therapy or counseling.
Specific terms for each engagement, including fees, schedule, and deliverables, are set out in your agreement.
